Linux System Administration
Ausgelegt für Teilnehmer, die bereits mit einem Unix-Environment gearbeitet haben und ihre Kentnisse weiter vertiefen wollen. Wie im Fundamentals werden auch in diesem Kurs die Konzepte und Ideen der Struktur eines Unix Betriebssystem behandelt. Sie lernen wie man Linux automatisiert installiert und wie man Netzwerk-Services konfiguriert. Auf Prozess- und Job-Management wird vertieft eingegangen und gezeigt, welche Möglichkeiten das X Window System (X11) bietet. Abschliessend wird gezeigt, wie Sie einen Kernel anpassen und kompilieren können. Die Kursunterlagen sind von hoher Qualität und für Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS, SuSE Linux Enterprise und Ubuntu geschrieben.

Dieses Seminar befähigt Sie, Linux als Standalone-System zu installieren, administrieren sowie in ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu integrieren.
Der Besuch des Kurs "Entrprise Linux Fundamentals" oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse von Linux Commands und Tools, sowie die Bedienung eines Konsolen-Editors (vi oder emacs), sind Voraussetzung.
